When you enroll in a recurring residential maintenance agreement with our company, free re-service offers extra support between your regularly scheduled appointments. Understanding how this policy applies helps plan customers know what to expect if insect or arachnid activity appears between routine visits. A plan is designed to manage these ongoing pressures throughout the year. Knowing the difference between an ongoing agreement and a single visit helps you choose the best option for your property.
How plan re-service works
For our plan customers, if covered pests come back between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no charge. This policy applies to active subscriptions, such as our Quarterly Home Pest Plan or the Scorpion Plan. The Quarterly Home Pest Plan starts with a first service inside and out, followed by exterior visits every three months. Interior service is available on request during those visits. It covers ants except carpenter ants, cockroaches, spiders including black widows, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, pill bugs, and wasps’ nests within reach. The Scorpion Plan includes everything in the quarterly agreement plus a blacklight night inspection at the start, exterior visits every two months, and scorpion-focused treatments of block walls, gravel, and weep screens.
Differences between plans and single visits
Policies differ between ongoing plans and standalone treatments. Plan customers receive ongoing support between scheduled appointments throughout their 12-month agreement. In contrast, one-time services do not feature these ongoing benefits. Instead, one-time services include the follow-up visits listed for that particular treatment. For example, a single bed bug service includes a follow-up visit about two weeks later, and rodent services include scheduled trap checks. We never offer a permanent guarantee for pests, as the outdoor environment constantly changes. Our team explains how many follow-up visits to expect for a single service before any work begins. These specific follow-up visits help the treatment address the current population without requiring a full year of service.
Maintaining your coverage and plan terms
Our pest agreements run for 12 months and renew yearly. You can cancel your plan with 30 days’ notice. While a plan provides regular visits and re-service, customer responsibilities still play a major role in keeping pests away. Fixing plumbing leaks and moisture issues, trimming plants off the house, and keeping gravel and woodpiles away from the foundation are necessary habits. You should also store human and pet food in sealed containers and reduce clutter in the garage. Keeping the property less attractive to pests supports the work our technician performs on each scheduled visit. Termites, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, rodents, mosquitoes, and wildlife are not covered by these general plans.
Getting started with a service agreement
The first step is always an inspection. Our technician identifies the pest, finds entry points and the conditions supporting it, and explains what they found before recommending any treatment. You receive a price and approve it before we apply any products. Estimates for general pest service are free. We offer $50 off your first service when you start a Quarterly Home Pest Plan. This offer applies to new plan customers only, and one offer is allowed per household per visit. Mention the offer when you call or book, as restrictions may apply. To submit an inquiry, fill out an online form or call our office at (702) 000-0000 during business hours. To compare coverage options and learn more about our services, view our pest control plans.
