Questions about service plans
How long does a service plan last?
Plans run for 12 months and renew yearly. You may cancel your plan by providing 30 days notice to our office.
What does free re-service mean?
If covered pests return between scheduled routine visits, a technician returns to inspect and re-treat the area at no additional charge to you.
Can I get interior visits on my plan?
Routine plan visits focus on exterior entry points. Interior treatments remain available upon request.
Can I switch to a different plan later?
Yes. You can contact our office to switch plans if your home requires a different level of coverage or visit frequency.
When do I find out the price of my plan?
Your technician provides a price quote after completing the home inspection. You see and approve the cost before service starts.
