What the quarterly plan includes

Service starts with an initial visit covering both the interior and exterior of your home. Following the first visit, a technician performs exterior treatments every three months. Interior applications are always available upon request. If covered pests return between regular appointments, we provide free re-service visits.

This plan covers ants (except carpenter ants), cockroaches, spiders including black widows, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, pill bugs, and accessible wasp nests. Scorpion activity is reduced under this plan, but full scorpion management requires our Scorpion Plan. Pricing is quoted after your inspection.

Pests covered by this plan

The Quarterly Home Pest Plan covers these common insects around your home:

  • Ants, including Argentine ants and harvester ants (excludes carpenter ants)
  • Cockroaches, including Turkestan, American, and German cockroaches
  • Spiders, including black widows around walls and patio areas
  • Crickets gathered around exterior lighting and foundation walls
  • Earwigs found near outdoor water sources and damp places
  • Silverfish and centipedes near interior or exterior moisture areas
  • Pill bugs under rocks, mulch, and landscape beds
  • Wasp nests built within reach on exterior eaves and structures

How your first year works

  1. Initial inspection and service

The technician inspects the property, quotes your price, and treats interior and exterior areas.

  2. Quarterly exterior visits

Every three months, we treat foundation perimeters, weep screens, and landscape gravel beds.

  3. Re-service when needed

If covered pests appear between scheduled visits, contact us for re-treatment at no extra charge.

  4. Annual plan renewal

Your agreement automatically renews after 12 months unless you provide 30 days notice to cancel.

Understanding your plan terms

Plans run for 12 months and renew yearly. You can cancel with 30 days notice. Plan coverage ends if the agreement is cancelled, access to the property is restricted, or unnotified structural changes occur on the home.

Quarterly plan questions

Which pests are excluded from this plan?

This plan does not cover termites, bed bugs, rodents, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, bees, or wildlife. These insects require separate specialized treatments.

Do I need to be home for quarterly visits?

Routine quarterly visits focus on the home exterior. If you need interior treatment during a visit, schedule an appointment time with our office. The office lets you know what each visit requires when booking.

How does re-service work between visits?

If covered insects return between your quarterly appointments, call our office. A technician will inspect and re-treat affected areas at no added cost.

How do I find out my quarterly plan cost?

Pricing depends on property size and findings. Your technician inspects the home and presents a price for your approval before work starts.

How do I enroll in the quarterly plan?

You can call our office or submit an online request form. Our staff confirms details and sets up your initial inspection visit.

Dana did a blacklight inspection at night and found bark scorpions in our block wall. She treated the yard and installed weep screen guards. Now our Scorpion Plan includes visits every two months.

We needed a formal Wood Destroying Insect report to sell our house. Marco came out and inspected the slab and garage thoroughly. He sent the written report to our agent the next business day.

We heard scratching in the attic. Luis found where roof rats were getting in, sealed the entry points with steel mesh, and set traps. He came back to check the traps just like he promised.

We use the quarterly plan for ants and spiders. When we saw a few ants return near the kitchen in summer, they came back out and treated the area again at no charge.
