The valley's family-owned pest and termite company

Ruben Castillo started this company in 2010 with one truck. Today our ten licensed technicians serve the entire Las Vegas valley. Before we recommend any treatment, we inspect your property and identify what is going on. You never need to know which pest you have before you call. Once we find the source, we explain the plan and you approve the price before we start work.

Termite inspections

Termites work out of sight in Las Vegas homes

Subterranean termites live in the soil and build mud tubes to reach the wood above ground. On slab homes they enter through cracks and plumbing lines. Their damage stays hidden behind drywall and baseboards. Only a thorough inspection can confirm if you have active termites.

Signs of termite activity

  • Pencil-width mud tubes
  • Winged swarmers after rain
  • Discarded wings on windowsills
  • Hollow sounding or damaged wood
  • Blistered paint or drywall
  • Sticking doors or windows

We start with a free homeowner inspection. We may recommend a liquid soil treatment, bait and monitoring stations, or a localized spot treatment based on what we find. Treatments include a one-year retreatment warranty renewable with our protection plan. We do not repair structural damage.

What to expect from our team

  • We inspect and identify first

You never have to guess what pest is in your yard. We inspect your property, find the entry points and identify the exact pest.

  • You approve the price

We explain our findings and give you a clear recommendation with a price. You see and approve the cost before any treatment starts.

  • Local knowledge of valley pests

We know scorpions hide in hollow block walls, Turkestan cockroaches live in water meter boxes, and subterranean termites travel under slab foundations.

  • Return visits at no extra charge

If covered pests come back between your scheduled visits, plan customers get a return visit to treat the area again at no charge.

How our service works

Not every problem ends in one visit. Your technician will explain exactly how many visits you should expect.

  1. Request a visit

Call us or send a request online. Our office will contact you to confirm the details and book a time.

  2. Inspect and identify

The technician inspects your home inside and out to identify the pest and locate the conditions supporting it.

  3. Recommend and treat

After you approve the price, we often start general pest treatments on the same visit. Termite or rodent work is scheduled separately.

  4. Follow-up or prevention

Plan customers receive scheduled prevention visits. One-time services include the specific follow-up visits that treatment requires.

Treating around your family and pets

Before treatment, our technician asks who lives in your home. We plan the products and places to treat around the people and animals on your property.

  • Every treatment is chosen specifically for the identified pest and your unique property conditions.
  • All products are strictly applied according to their labels by our trained technicians.
  • We use targeted applications and treat interior cracks and crevices only where activity is found.
  • You receive detailed written preparation and reentry instructions before your treatment day begins.
  • Tell us about children, pets, aquariums, food areas, gardens or sensitive occupants and we plan around them.

Dana did a blacklight inspection at night and found bark scorpions in our block wall. She treated the yard and installed weep screen guards. Now our Scorpion Plan includes visits every two months.

Robert S.

Scorpion control, Henderson

We needed a formal Wood Destroying Insect report to sell our house. Marco came out and inspected the slab and garage thoroughly. He sent the written report to our agent the next business day.

Sarah P.

WDI termite inspection, Summerlin

We heard scratching in the attic. Luis found where roof rats were getting in, sealed the entry points with steel mesh, and set traps. He came back to check the traps just like he promised.

James L.

Roof rat exclusion, Spring Valley

We use the quarterly plan for ants and spiders. When we saw a few ants return near the kitchen in summer, they came back out and treated the area again at no charge.

Teresa M.

Quarterly plan, North Las Vegas

Kim gave us a written checklist to prepare our bedrooms for bed bug treatment. She treated the furniture and baseboards, then returned about two weeks later to check for activity.

Michael T.

Bed bug treatment, Enterprise

Whiptail handles the pest control for our restaurant. They schedule our service twice a month before we open. We get a written report after every visit and keep a logbook on site for audits.

How does pricing work and do you charge for inspections?

Pricing varies based on the pest, the size of your property and the treatment required. General pest estimates are free. Homeowner termite inspections are also free. We always explain our findings and give you a clear price to approve before any treatment begins.

What if I have children and pets at home?

We plan around the people and animals in your home. Treatments vary, but we apply all products strictly according to their labels. Tell us about any pets or sensitive occupants and we will adjust our application methods and locations to accommodate them.

How do I prepare and will we need to leave the house?

Occupancy and reentry instructions depend on the treatment and are detailed in your written instructions. Many exterior treatments require no preparation, while bed bug or flea treatments require specific preparation and staying clear during the reentry window.

Should I get a one-time service or a quarterly plan?

A single service includes the follow-up visits that treatment needs. Our Quarterly Home Pest Plan includes a first service inside and out, exterior visits every three months, and free re-service between visits. Your technician recommends the best option after inspecting.

What happens if the pests come back after treatment?

If covered pests return between scheduled visits, customers on our quarterly or scorpion plans get a return visit to treat the area again at no extra charge. For single services, we explain exactly how many follow-up visits are included before we start work.

Do I need to know what pest I have before I call?

You do not need to be a pest expert to get help. Just describe what you are seeing, where you are seeing it, and when it happens. Our technician will inspect your property and identify the exact species before recommending any treatment.

What happens after I send a service request online?

When you send a request, our office calls or emails to confirm details and book your visit. Online forms never book an appointment directly.

Tell us what you are seeing
