What the Termite Protection Plan includes

After liquid soil treatment or bait installation, this plan provides yearly home inspections and monitoring. Keeping your plan active renews the original one-year retreatment warranty each year, covering subsequent retreatment for subterranean termites.

This plan covers retreatment only and does not cover structural repairs or existing issues. If you sell your home, the warranty transfers to the new owner if the plan stays active. The office gives your price after an inspection.

Services and protection included

This ongoing plan keeps your property monitored for subterranean termite activity year round.

  • Annual termite monitoring and home inspections
  • Renewable retreatment warranty for subterranean termites
  • Transferable warranty coverage when selling your home
  • Ongoing monitoring station checks around the foundation

How a year on the plan works

  1. Initial treatment setup

Your warranty begins right after our team completes a liquid soil treatment or installs underground bait stations.

  2. Annual inspection visit

A licensed technician inspects accessible foundation areas, slab edges, and monitoring devices once every twelve months.

  3. Retreatment coverage

If subterranean termites reappear during your plan term, we perform corrective soil or bait treatments.

  4. Yearly warranty renewal

Pay your annual plan fee to maintain retreatment protection for another twelve month period.

What the warranty covers and does not

Covered

  • Retreatment of active subterranean termite infestations
  • Yearly inspection of visible foundation and slab areas
  • Warranty transfer to new buyers upon property sale

Not covered

  • Repair costs for structural timber or drywall damage
  • Preexisting damage occurring before initial treatment
  • Drywood termite treatments or structural fumigation

Plan terms in plain words

Coverage lasts twelve months and renews every year upon payment. Cancellation requires thirty days notice. Protection stops if the plan is cancelled, access to inspection areas is denied, or unnotified structural changes occur.

Termite Protection Plan questions

What termite species are covered by this plan?

This plan covers retreatment for subterranean termites. It does not cover drywood termites, which require distinct methods, nor does it cover general household pests.

Does this plan pay for structural repair work?

No. The warranty covers necessary retreatment services only. It never covers structural repairs, drywall fixes, or timber damage caused by termites.

What happens if termites return during the year?

If subterranean termite activity is discovered while your plan is active, contact us. A technician will inspect the area and provide retreatment under your warranty.

How much does the protection plan cost?

Pricing depends on foundation perimeter size and the initial treatment method used. The technician provides your plan cost after completing the initial property inspection.

Can I transfer this warranty when selling my home?

Yes. The retreatment warranty transfers to the new owner when the property is sold, provided the plan stays active and payments remain current.

We heard scratching in the attic. Luis found where roof rats were getting in, sealed the entry points with steel mesh, and set traps. He came back to check the traps just like he promised.
