What the Scorpion Plan includes

This plan includes every feature of our Quarterly Home Pest Plan and adds scorpion-focused steps. On your first visit, a technician uses an ultraviolet blacklight at night to find scorpions on your property. Routine exterior visits occur every two months to treat block walls, gravel, and weep screens where scorpions hide.

If covered pests return between scheduled visits, we return to re-treat at no extra charge. You can also add door sweeps, weep screen guards, and gap sealing for extra exclusion. The office confirms your price after the initial property inspection.

How a year on the plan works

  1. Initial night inspection

    A technician conducts an ultraviolet blacklight walk to locate scorpions on your property before starting treatments.

  2. Visits every two months

    Every two months, our licensed technicians treat block walls, gravel beds, weep screens, and outer perimeters.

  3. Interim re-service

    If covered pests reappear between scheduled visits, call our office to schedule a return visit.

  4. Annual plan renewal

    Coverage continues for twelve months and automatically renews every year unless you notify us to cancel.

Sealing alongside the plan

Physical exclusion helps block scorpions from entering thin gaps. Whiptail installs door sweeps, weep screen guards, and sealants around plumbing and wiring penetrations across your house.

Service agreements last twelve months and renew every year. You can cancel by giving thirty days notice. Coverage ends if the agreement is cancelled, access is denied, or unannounced structural changes occur.

How often does a technician visit my property?

After an initial night inspection with ultraviolet lights, exterior visits occur every two months. Interior service is available upon request whenever you notice indoor pest activity.

What happens if scorpions return between visits?

If covered pests return between scheduled visits every two months, contact our office. A technician returns to inspect and re-treat the property at no extra charge.
