Termite Treatment on a Slab Home
A sample case study written for this demonstration website showing liquid soil treatment on a Henderson concrete slab home.

The Henderson situation
A homeowner in Henderson found discarded wings on a windowsill and contacted our office. A free termite inspection revealed pencil-width mud tubes along a garage expansion joint leading up from the soil beneath the concrete slab.
We recommended a liquid soil treatment with trenching around the foundation exterior and drilling through the patio slab. The homeowner approved the quote before work began. Structural repairs were referred to a licensed contractor.
What our technician did
Free home inspection
The technician inspected the foundation, window frames and garage expansion joints to confirm subterranean termite mud tubes.
Trenching soil perimeter
We dug narrow trenches in the soil along the exterior foundation walls to apply the liquid termite treatment.
Patio slab drilling
Our technician drilled through the concrete patio slab to reach the soil underneath and apply the liquid termiticide.
Warranty enrollment
We issued a one-year retreatment warranty and enrolled the homeowner in the annual Termite Protection Plan for continued monitoring.
Current property status
The liquid soil treatment put a treated zone in place around the foundation of the home. The yearly inspection will check this zone for signs of new subterranean termite activity.
The service includes a one-year retreatment warranty. This warranty renews each year the homeowner keeps the Termite Protection Plan.
